Went to kbox with Jeanette, Yih Chyuan and Eugene after school ytd. Then we went to watch Love Matters, my first ever NC16 movie. LOL! My favourite part is the part when the mother-in-law asked Jeremy if he likes to eat sausages like their family does. LOL! Well, the movie is humorous, but a little unrealistic. Going out with the three of them = laughing all day long. HAHA! Let's hope we get to play guitar hero together again, since we didnt get to play ytd. lol! __________________________________________________________________

I AM HAPPY! Cos i had a nice dinner just now! LOL! Went to bai nian today and ate dinner at No Signboard!
Had been in m'sia for the past few days. Don't wanna elaborate on the trip. :P Although I've already complained many times, i still wanna complain about the befall that occurred to me in m'sia. I HAVE ABOUT 10 MOSQUITO BITES ON MY FACE! Fortunately the swells and itch are gone, but the spots are still there. I think I look like a measle patient now. -.- My face is so ugly that I've no face to meet people. Sian. Smtimes the itch will react again and I hate the ichy feeling. ): What an unforgettable CNY I've got this year!
Oh, I also wanna comment my little niece! I think she's a very nice sister who takes care of her little brothers. She's only eight this yr i think! When her bro went to her with a slightly torn calendar page, she asked him why he removed the page and even tore the edge (cos their dad will be mad about it). Obviously it was her bro who did it but he refused to admit it. He even blamed her for it. LOL! If I were to be wronged, I would have argued with that person. But she didn't scold him! She just took the paper away from him and kept it aside! So kind of her right!
Then we played pinball on their com. My niece was better than my nephew but he kept boasting about how pro he is and how lousy his sis is. HAHA! When his sis's game was over, he mocked at her for being lousy again. In the end, he was lousier than his sis but he still insisted that he's proer. LOL! My niece was nice and did not argue to be the better one. Instead, she laughed at him. LOL! What a nice sis lah! I wish i can have such a caring older sibling! Hehh!
Btw, the tai tai feeling is coming to me again. Cos I realised that I'll be going out everyday from now till Sat. HOHOHO! I'd better enjoy my tai tai life before school officially reopens!

YESTERDAY WAS A FUN DAY! Had my first ever performance with HCCO. ALthough a certain part of Shu Qing was screwed, at least our Xi Yang Yang rocked! HAHAHAHA! (I'm such an optimistic person!) Then again, our Shu Qing was screwed partly becos we were distracted by the faulty AV system which kept making weird noises when we were playing. Surprisingly there're still people who liked our Shu Qing more than Xi Yang Yang. HA!
Then we had lao yu sheng, MY FAVOURITE!
As each class was only entitled to one yu sheng, there were so many people lao-ing at a time that I didn't get to do it. In other words, I didn't get to say 'kuai4 gao1 zhang3 da4'. -.- HAHA! But i've to admit that I ate the most in my class (I THINK)!
By the time the celebration ended, it was pretty late, so Layting, Szemin, Kelly and I didn't return to our secondary schools. We went straight to cwp. However, we were too early. We reached 1h+ before the class gathering began. So we went to the foodcourt to sit and chat. As we headed to the foodcourt, Sebastian came and joined us. Amazingly, we could chat all the way till 1.30. LOL!
Finally, the class gathering began! James was the next to arrive. He grew taller! LOL! We saw Keith at Seoul Garden, eating with his other friends alrdy. (PS: Keith has grown very big!). After a while, I saw a familiar guy approaching Seoul Garden. I just couldn't recognize who he was until I asked Layting. While waiting for the rest, Kelly, Layting, SZemin and I went to the washroom. After we returned, we saw another guy at our table but we didn't know who he is! So we asked James and found out that it was Boyuan. LOL! He changed so much that none of us could recognize him! Followed on, Eugene, Junhe, Sihui, Kelvin and Angsiang came to join us. Sihui didnt grow and she's as tall as me! WHEEEE! But Angsiang grew even more as compared to the previous time I saw him.
While eating, Szemin tried cooking her meat and icecream using weird methods (which I find them gross) LOL! Layting tried to cook the leftover food on the plates but she didnt eat them! While Keith has a really big mouth and appetite. He got this huge piece (don't know what) meat, cooked and stuffed the entire piece into his mouth. He was like an entertainer while all of us watched him eat.
We took a photo after lunch at Seoul Garden, using my phone. We got a passer-by to help us take the photo. Initially, he walked away after taking my phone. For a moment, I was shocked. But fortunately he was just joking. Lol!
Then we went to SAFRA at Yishun to bowl. As usual, I suck at bowling. There's once, James just placed the ball on the lane and pushed it lightly. Amazingly, the ball stroke all the pins! Subsequently, Eugene attempted to use James's method. Though he didn't strike all the time, his attempts were not that bad either. After I kept rolling the ball into the 'drain', they suggested that I should try James's method. LOL! Keith hit the very last turn. He used the lightest ball. As he was very forceful, the ball rolled extremely fast. It looked quite comical, but he got a strike! HAHA! COOL! Oh, thank you Boyuan for treating us to bowling and Angsiang for treating us to 7-up! LOL!
Then we went to take another photo. LOL! This time we used self-timer. Keith was creative enough to use the dustbin as the platform for the camera. LOL!
Before we left, the guys played pool. James let me tried once and I got 3 balls in consecutively! KUDOS to me! Haha! I thought James had a high chance of winning since he only had two balls left while Kelvin still had many left. After I came back from the loo, the both of them were 'fighting' for that black ball. James was so suay that he hit the ball near the hole but didn't get in. Apparently, Kelvin won the game in the end. HAHA!
After that, Kelvin and I headed to tpy for GE prac. Met Szemin and Layting on the way cos we realised that they boarded the train before ours. HAHA! We played taiyang and lishanyin. Taiyang was not bad considering that it was GE's first attempt. Lishanyin was NOT TOO BAD too. Hehh, but Sherry and I miss playing the erhu 2 part!! Both of us are transferred to erhu 1, so we'll have to 'relearn' the entire piece (except for a few small parts). Well, erhu 1 parts are challenging, thus this makes it EXCITING! Lol!
Being in Woodlands gang is certainly a great joy in life. HAHAHA! Jkjk! Layting, Szemin and I played the 'fly game', 'open/close book game', 'black magic' etc. with Chengying, Kelvin and Cassandra. I think I looked like a retard when I did the obvious versions of the open/close book game. HAHA! Kelvin was smart to get the open/close book trick very quickly. Generally, it was very funny and interesting, espcially when they couldn't get it! :P WE'LL CONTINUE NEXT WEEK, SO YOU GUYS BETTER TURN UP FOR PRAC IF YOU WANNA KNOW THE ANSWERS! MUAHAHAHA!

Fourth day of school! Math lecture was so so. Physics lecture was insightful! It made me realise how amazing the lever systems can help us in our daily activities, esp the wheel! Oh, this time Chewfei was right about the English diagnostic test. It was MCQ questions on grammar. Well, at least I was also right cos the next diagnostic test is compre. hoho!
Saw Ziwei and Hannah in school today. WHEEEE! I look forward to tmr! COS CLASS OUTING IS TMR! WHEEEEEEEEEE! :D:D:D On a random note, JIAYOU OBAMA! LOL!

Third day in Hwachong! Nth much happened today. Had Physics lecture followed by Chem lecture. (PS: I hope I can get Ms Wong for my Chem teacher. :P)
Btw, I'm very happy today cos I can finally play the bar 150 part of Shu Qing Bian Zou Qu! *FIREWORKS* HOHOHO!
Oh no, I realised that there's another English diagnostic test tmr. I bet it's compre this time. We shall see!

Back from school! I was supposed to meet Layting, Szemin, Chewfei and Kelly at the interchange but I was slightly late. When I reached there, I was shocked to see so many Hwachong J1s, waiting for 961! On our way to school, there were more Hwachong J1s who boarded the bus. Eventually, there were near 20 Hwachong J1s on the bus. There's supposed to be more but the bus was too full to accomodate anymore passengers. Layting said that we could form a class with this number of people. I commented that that 961 was like a Hwachong school bus. Szemin suggested that Hwachong should hire a shuttlebus like Ngee Ann Poly, since there're so many people living around the Woodlands area. (YEAH! WOODLANDS GANG ROCKS!) After all of us alighted, we looked back at the bus and were quite amused by the drastic spaciousness of the bus!
Our day of lectures began off with an English diagnostic test. I guessed it correctly, it was an essay which is somewhat similar to that of GP format. There were information which I was unsure of, but I heck care and wrote them down in my essay. :P Math lecture was like brushing through the lecture notes. The teacher didn't give us sufficient time to complete the example qsns! I hope the actual lectures won't be like that or I'll have a hard time understanding the concepts!
After school, I walked back to Nanyang with Heeai to eat lunch. (THANK YOU HEEAI FOR ACCOMPANYING ME! :D) Met the 407, 408 CO peeps and Elysia along the way. They're going back to watch the rehearsal too! We were quite surprised to see many ex-Nanyang girls returning to school for lunch. (Haha, yes, this implies smth abt the Hwachong food. :P) We went to watch NYCO's CNY rehearsal after lunch. THE JUNIORS SAID THAT I LOOK WEIRD IN HC UNI! SOME EVEN COMMENTED THAT I LOOK LIKE A PRI SCH KID!Though there's still much room for improvement, I think they've improved a lot as compared to the previous time I saw them. Sigh... They really gotta buck up!

First day of school is FUN! Cos I like the lectures. LOL! And Ms Wong, the Chemistry teacher, is an interesting lecturer. Somehow, she gives us the 'I-am-as-interesting-as-Ms-Tan' feeling. Havent interacted with the HCI guys, cos we were separated during the lectures. HAHA! Well, I like everything, except the uniform! The collar is so hard and the skirt is so light that it tends to fly upwards when the wind blows! We always have to press it down! VERY UNGLAM!
On a random note, I feel like blogging about my dislike towards hypocrites. Yes, I hate hypocrites.
HYPOCRITES
Type #1 - Treats people whom he/she likes very nice, and looks down on those whom he/she dislike.
I know this is an unfair statement cos most of us have people whom we dislike. Well, what I mean here is these are the people who try to stick with the more prominent people and are hostile to the less popular people.
Type #2 - Takes people for granted
This kind of people take advantage of other people and dump them aside when they are of no value. To put it bluntly, they treat those people like idiots who serve them when necessary.
Type #3 - 说一套，作一套
An example would be someone who tries to present himself/herself nicely in front of others but his/her real personality is otherwise.
Type #4 - sucks up to people who benefit him/her
Someone who bootlicks another person to gain his/her trust, so as to benefit something from him/her.
I hate hypocrites because I feel cheated being their friend--- you never know when they're true to you and you may also be putting your trust on someone who doesn't even appreciate it. If you're guilty of it, please do something about it.
Then again, I don't deny that I'm also a hypocrite. (And yes, I hate to be one.)

I know I'm crazy to say this. But you know what? IM EXCITED FOR SCHOOL! (though i miss my tai tai days! HAHA!) WHOOOOOO! New uniform (im finally wearing uniform with sleeves after a decade!), new friends, new classmate, new teachers, new school... etc. HOHO! EXCITING! AND KELLY'S OFFICIALLY MY SCHOOLMATE TMR! WHEEEEEEEE! More people joining Woodlands gang! Not just Kelly, in the future, we may have Weekian, Willie, Sebastian (maybe) and Eugene (maybe). Haha! EXCITING! Woodlands gang is EXPANDING! Yes, tmr's the first day of school. Though lectures are meant to be boring, I'm happy that tmr's lectures are my favourite subjects! CHEM AND MATH! Guess what? They're doing algebra for math!! My favourite math topic! hohoho! And mole concept for chem. HOW EXCITING! HAHAHA! Ok! I shall turn in and prepare for this exciting start of jc life! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~!

LOL! Ok, I'm crazy. BUT IT'S A REALLY FANTASTIC DRAMA!!! The last episode is damn nice lah! I like all the unexpected twists! <333 I was so sad that my favourite couple didn't get together in the previous season cos the guy died! Fortunately, they successfully got together again in this season! YAY!:D
anyway, Moonlight Resonance is a very nice drama! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! :D

YAY! Another fren coming to HC! Haha! She's my distant relative, also a fren who was in the same NY DSA grp as me. We really have affinity!
Nowadays, I've realised that I'm a very fortunate person, cos I do not have to be troubled over many things which other people have to worry about. For e.g.
- i dont need to wear braces - dont need to wear specs - dont need to think of what sec sch and jc to go to - dont need to worry that i cant get into the school that I opted for - dont need to be troubled over what cca to choose - dont need to be troubled over what subject combi to take
Apart from these, I'm also borne in a well-off family, have a family that loves me, have wonderful frens around me, have great teachers guiding me along.. My life journey has been so smooth...
I am the luckiest girl in the world!
Haha, I think I'm also someone who is hard to please. I should be happy that my life has been so smooth-sailing. However becos of this, I'm a little worried that I may be so well-fed that I don't know what bitter tastes like. Perhaps one day I'd be so used to all these bonuses that I forget how to work hard for the things that I want. Haha...

O'lvls results are out today! Wanna know how i fared? Haha, dont tell you! ;) HAHA BUT IM REALLY HAPPY THAT I DONT NEED TO TAKE CHINESE IN JC!!! Ok, i feel bad for thinking this way, but I'd rather study fewer subjects. Then again, I will not give up Chinese completely. I'll still read, write and speak Chinese. Cos I think it's really scary to forget a language that you ought to know.
After that, the three little pigs and the 'big bad' wolf went shopping. HAHA! Thanks for accompanying me to shop for my new year clothes!!(: I really felt like a tai tai. Cos it's the first time I buy so many things at one go w/o my parents helping me to pay. And I'm so free that I actually asked what's for the next day's programme! LOL! Totally like tai tai's life!
KELLY'S COMING TO HCJC!! WOOOHOOO! We're pri sch classmates, and we're going to be schoolmates again, after 4 yrs! COOL! Im really excited about going to school with her! She's also taking PCME i think! I hope we'll also become classmates again! HAHA! COOL COOL! New member of Woodlands gang! :D
I feel really inferior. I concede defeat. But that's not the end of it. It will be my motivation to work hard for A'lvls! I shouldnt be so narrow-minded and selfish! I must learn to be accepting and forgiving! Come if you want! I'll take on the challenge! GO SHEILA! :D

hohoho! Life's getting more and more interesting and EXCITING! :D
ok! Shall blog about THE EXCITEMENT I mentioned in my prev prev entry! I was actually excited about Szemin's birthday surprise! Haha!
Woke up at around 7am in the morning cos we're supposed to meet at Layting's house at 8am. But in the end I was late cos I was trying to complete my letters (haha yeah, actually I didn't oversleep. :P) Poor Chewfei had to wait at the playground cos she didn't know which unit Layting lives in and Layting overslept. Lols.
By the time I reached Layting's house, they were in the midst of baking. To Szemin: Blame me if the muffins are too salty. Cos I added slightly more salt. HAHA! Our VERY first attempt was a failure cos Layting remembered the wrong temperature, so the muffins were slightly overbaked. No choice, all of us had to be guinea pigs. Fortunately, they tasted very nice and it's crunchy cos it's slgihtly burnt! Haha! I think it's a/an challenge/art to pour the mixture and nutella into the silicon cups. Ok, I've to admit that I suck at baking and cooking (while Chewfei seems to be talented in baking.) Haha! I made two attempts. In my first attempt, I filled the cup with too much mixture. It expanded so much in the oven that I actually overflowed out of the cup. So I added less mixture in my second attempt. I thought it'll be nicer if the nutella and the mixture were evenly mixed, so I mixed so much that the top surface was very rough. Ok fine, I think it's quite out of shape too! Oh well, at least Szemin ate my second muffin this morning and said it's nice! Moral of the story: Never judge a book by its cover. Whereas Chewfei's had the best appearance. Cos her muffins have smooth surfaces and she used the chocolate chips to decorate her muffins. Ok lah, Layting is not bad too! (better than me) Her first muffin was quite cool cos she wrote a letter 'S' on top!

Ok, so here are the three surprises of the day!
Surprise #1: Appearing at Szemin's house with a box of muffins!
After baking, it was alrdy around 10.40am. Szemin was supposed to meet at my place at 11pm to 'DO MATH'. So we quickly rushed over to her place. Chewfei and Layting were worried that we'll meet her on the way. But I confidently told them that it wouldn't happen. Unfortunately, I received a msg from Szemin, saying that she has left her house and she's going to buy a pen. We freaked out cos we were supposed to surprise her by appearing at her doorstep. So I quickly called her house hoping that her mother would answer and help us lure Szemin home. Lols! As I was calling, I turned back and SAW SZEMIN! I was so shocked that I shouted, "OMG! SZEMIN!!!!!!!!!" I think Layting and Chewfei were shocked too. We quickly ran to her and said, "SURPRISE~!" LOLS! I hope Szemin was really surprised!
Surprise #2: A yellow slogan tee which says, "You are lucky today cos I happen to be single!" Lol!
We went to her void deck to eat the muffins and then we presented our second surprise, the slogan tee. Each of us have a slogan tee.
Chewfei's shirt: 'I've got a PHD in tokcokology - The Art of Talking Cock' Layting's shirt: 'A best friend is a sister that destiny forgot to give you.' Sheila's shirt: 'When God made YOU, He must be thinking of ME.' Szemin's shirt: 'You are lucky today cos I happen to be single!'

Surprise #3: a present that Sheila made for Chewfei, Layting and Szemin!
Next, we went up to Szemin's house and I gave them a present that I've made for them--- personalized calendars. Actually I'm most excited about this, cos I've been waiting for the right time to give them this present. It's a 2009 calendar with a collage of us (mostly their unglam photos HAHA!). It was meant to be their Christmas gift, but I couldnt finish cos I kept improvising it. Haha! The final product was very different from the original one. I prefer the original one cos it's more personalized, but I chose to give them the final one as it looks more artistically appealling. As I was determined to show them the contents that were sacrificed in the process of modification, I really showed them the whole process of making the calendars along with explanations. I think my explanation was quite naggy. -.- Anyway, silly Chewfei said she was almost touched to tears! LOL! After presenting all our surprises, we went to watch 'Millionaire's First Love'. Another depressing Korean romance movie. Though the plot was rather predictable, the ending was still quite touching. Layting and Szemin: Thank me for my crappy comments! If I didn't spoil the atmosphere, I bet you guys would have broken into tears! LOL!

When all three of them bit the fishball, the oil (i think) would squirt out. It was very funny! Luckily it didn't happen to me! (HAHA SO IM THE MOST GENTLE GIRL AMONG THE FOUR OF US!)
After lunch, we went to play monopoly.
Layting was very lucky cos she managed to buy most of the 'lands'. I think I was the most unlucky one as I kept getting into jail! Layting left in the middle of the game (for the next birthday party). So we bought all her 'lands'. Lols! I was being mean by putting her into jail after she left. Unfortunately, I ended up in jail right after that. Retribution. Lol!

In the end, Chewfei was the overall winner! *cheers* Then we chatted for a while before we left home while Szemin proceeded to her next b'day celebration. Haha!
